请问已经注册Apple Developer 如何提交testflight测试呢

已经注册好Apple Developer账号，看网上说需要去ITunes Connect。但是我用账号登录，又说没有添加信用卡。然后添加了付款信息还是不能登录进去。

通过apple developer网站访问 app connect

Your Apple ID is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership.

请问正确的操作是怎么样的呢？

你付款了没，没有付款要选付款的，付款成功以后在
在apple developer添加APP得到开发证书
再去https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/apps 上传APP文件
