Githubdocker包注册表清单拉取问题

升级到最新的 docker 版本 (20.10.6) 后，当我尝试从 GitHub docker 包注册表中提取 docker 映像时，我收到以下警告：

这也会导致我的 jenkins 构建失败并出现以下错误：

如果 github 注册表级别有设置或可能是什么问题，有人可以帮助我吗？
